In addition to this commendable role, he bravely served as a firefighter with the Beaumont Fire Department for 12 years, embodying the spirit of service and sacrifice. His contributions extended beyond his professional endeavors; he was a proud veteran of the Navy, reflecting his commitment to his country.
A man of profound faith, Warren was an active member of Wesley Methodist Church in Nederland, where he found solace and community. He was known not only for his steadfastness but also for his gentle humor that brought joy to those around him. Warren was also a proud grandfather, "Pop", to Dustie, Kate, Spencer and his wife, Lilli, Garrett, Coleton, and Keaton, who were the shining light of his life.
He leaves behind his cherished siblings, including sisters Dracy Billings and Pamela Koch, both of Kinder, Louisiana, and his brother Dwight Batchelor and his wife Myra, who will fondly remember his quiet strength and commitment to family.
Warren was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ethel Batchelor, and his brother, Robert Wayne Batchelor. The loss of this beloved man is deeply felt by all who knew him, yet his spirit will endure in the hearts of those he touched throughout his life.
