Theresa A. Wolf, born on January 16, 1939, Port Arthur Texas, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2025, in Groves, Texas. A beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Theresa lived a life filled with dedication and service, leaving a lasting legacy in her community through her work as a secretary for the Port Arthur Independent School District.
In her years of service, Theresa profoundly impacted the lives of many students and families, known for her caring demeanor and unwavering commitment to her work. She was a pillar of support not only in her professional role but within her family, exemplifying love and resilience throughout her life. She was loved dearly by her family.
Theresa was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Kenneth Wayne Wolf, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years, and her cherished son, Kenneth Wayne Wolf Jr. Their absence remains deeply felt by those who loved them.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Kelly Johnson of Nederland, TX, and her loving son, Kenneth Christopher Wolf of Groves, TX. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Misty Cooley (Shannon) and Krista Robinson (Richard), who carry forward the values she instilled in them. Theresa was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Kayden Robinson and Lane Conner Cooley and Kaylee Robinson, who brought immense joy to her life.
Theresa is remembered by her brother, Michael Wayne Talbot (Francis) of Pooler, Georgia, and her sister, Peggy Viator of Port Acres, who cherished their bond and the memories they shared.
Her family invites all who knew and loved Theresa to join them in honoring her life. There will be a visitation held on December 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home, located at 5601 39th St, Groves, TX. Following the visitation, a funeral service will commence at 2:00 PM, also at the funeral home. Theresa will then be laid to rest during a burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park, located at 3900 Twin City Highway, Groves, TX, at 3:00 PM.
In this moment of reflection, we celebrate a remarkable life lived full of kindness, love, and devotion. Theresa Wolf will be deeply missed, but her spirit and impact will endure in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
