Stacy Lynn Adaway Sloane, 48, of Mont Belvieu, Texas went to be with the Lord in her eternal resting place on Saturday, July 15, 2023.

Stacy was born on March 4, 1975, in Nederland, Texas to Paula Davis Adaway and Richard Adaway. She graduated from Nederland High School in 1993 and was a wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend, and grandmother who loved her family dearly. Stacy loved to go shopping with her family and friends as well as going to get pampered with her daughter but mostly she enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchild who called her “Lolli”. She especially loved her children and the love of her life, her husband Michael Sloane who she married on July 29, 1995.

Those left to cherish Stacy’s memory include her husband of twenty-seven years, Michael Sloane of Mont Belvieu; children, Justin Sloane of Mont Belvieu and Bailey Sloane of Rosenberg, Texas; parents, Richard and Paula Adaway of Nederland; sister, Brandy of Tyler, Texas; nephew, Tyler Stevens of Tyler, Texas; grandchildren, Bennett Sloane of Mont Belvieu; and a host of other family members and friends who loved her dearly.

A Graveside Service to honor Stacy Sloane will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.

Serving as Pallbearers include Jason Theriot, John Theriot, Cole Brogan, Seth Franco, Justin Sloane and Samuel Bailey. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer is Richard Adaway.
