Ruby P. Blacke

Ruby P. Blacke, 84, of Bridge City, Texas passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023. Ruby was born on December 22, 1938 to the late Henry O. Almond, Sr., and Eula P. (Hale) Almond.

Ruby was a devout Christian woman. She loved and adored her family dearly and loved caring for here cats.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Henry Almond, Jr., Norman Almond and John Almond; sisters, Josephine Husted, and Helen Almond.

Those left to cherish Ruby’s memory include her son, Robert L. Crumpler and wife Sonia of North Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, April Lynn Crumpler and husband Josh Kucko; Corey Ernesto Crumpler; great-grandchildren, Dante Alonso Kucko and Delilah Wren Kucko.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday October 11, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life service to begin at 2:00 p.m., at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home in Nederland. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
