They were lifelong members of St. Catherine Catholic Church where Rosemary was a member of the Altar Society for many years.

As an RN, Rosemary worked at St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur as a relief charge nurse until the late 1980's.

Rosemary and Buster were avid square dancers. Early on in their marriage, they had their own square dancing called "Shirts and Skirts." Buster was a square dance caller and they made many lifelong friends while pursuing their hobby.

As a family, they enjoyed fishing and camping. They had a camp near the Big Thicket where they enjoyed being together in the great outdoors.

Rosemary had quite a green thumb and loved beautiful plants. Buster shared her interest and their yard was always one of the nicest in the neighborhood.
