Patricia LeBlanc Parham, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many whose warmth and love touched the lives of many, passed away on December 21, 2025, in Groves, Texas. Born on July 9, 1941, in Eagle Pass, Texas, she lived a life dedicated to family, making each family member or friend feel uniquely special and fostering a love that resonated deeply within her close-knit family.
As a devoted office manager for Dr. Raines in Port Arthur in the 70's, she made all the patients feel comfortable and welcome in his office and later, she became the office manager for Tupperware in Beaumont. Pat brought her dedication and organizational skills to her professional life, reflecting the same commitment she exhibited at home.
As a teenager in the 50's, she was an avid Elvis Presley and Patsy Cline fan.
Pat was a longtime member of St. George Episcopal Church in Port Arthur and later became a member at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Port Neches. Through the years, she was an active member and past president of the Episcopal Church Women's group where her spirit and joy was infectious, bringing smiles to those around her.
Pat's family holds her memory close with great pride. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Georgette Pillitere and her husband, Greg of Nederland; her son, John Roy LeBlanc of Port Arthur; and her daughter-in-law, Janet LeBlanc of Anna, Texas. Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Jacob Joseph Pillitere, Joshua Gregory Pillitere, Johanna LeBlanc-Rodriguez, Matthew Joseph LeBlanc, Laura Daniali, and Chloe Elise Cox-LeBlanc and her great-grandchildren, Bennett Joseph Pillitere, Hudson James Pillitere, Nicholas Daniali, Anayat Daniali, and Bijan Daniali. Patricia also leaves behind her siblings, brothers, Roy James Etter, Jr., Billy Crowell, Roland Etter, Walter Etter, and Robert Etter, and sisters, Evelyn Green and Nora Lopez,
Pat was preceded in death by her husband of over 12 years, Howard Lee Parham, Jr., her son, Stephen LeBlanc, her parents, Roy James Etter, Sr. and Ellen Crowell, and her brother, John Henry Etter and beloved sister-in-law, Louise Dauphine and cousin, Joyce Baker, who she thought of as sisters. Each of these individuals held a deep significant place in her heart, and their memories remain a testament to the love she held for her entire family.
Visitation will be held at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home, located at 5601 39th Street, Groves, Texas 77619, on January 10, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at the same location beginning at 2:00 PM.
Pat Parham's life was a celebration of family and love, marking her as a beacon of kindness and compassion. She will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
