Norman C. Tolpo, aged 90, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on February 23, 2026. Born on January 16, 1936, in Berea, Ohio and grew up on Fort Worth Texas. Norman led a life marked by dedication, service with the US Army, membership in the Masonic order, and an unwavering love for his family and community.
For six decades, Norman made his mark as a committed real estate broker with Tolpo & Sons Real Estate establishing a reputation built on trust and integrity. Normans' 1st job as a youth was a paper boy and out of college with a biology degree, he worked for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where he mastered his skills in sales. His career was only one facet of a man who was deeply involved in the community, demonstrating kindness and support through various organizations. He was a proud member of the Optimus Club and actively participated in St. Mark's Episcopal Church. His service to others shone brightly as he took part in the YMBL, contributing time and efforts to help with the fair, always seeking to uplift those around him.
Beyond his professional and community endeavors, Norman cherished the joys of life’s simpler pleasures. He could often be found immersed in his hobbies of hunting and fishing, but it was photography that captured his heart, leading to his proudest accomplishment—an award-winning photograph of the State Capital of Texas in 1984. His passion for capturing moments around Texas was a testament to his love for the state and its rich landscapes.
Norman's warmth and spirit will be profoundly missed by his loving family, which includes his sons, Erik Tolpo, Alex Tolpo, and Niels Tolpo, his daughter, Cristina Cramer and her husband, Owen, and his treasured grandchildren, Erika Tolpo, Matthew Tolpo, Amanda Tolpo, and Adaire Cramer and 2 great grandchildren. These family members were always a source of pride and joy to him, and he leaves behind a legacy of love that will endure.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Marguerite Tolpo, and his sister, Arlene Harris. Their memory remains etched in the hearts of those who knew them.
Norman's life will be honored during a visitation to be held on March 1, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home located at 2001 Nall St, Port Neches, Texas, 77651.
His abiding sense of purpose, commitment to service, and love for his family will forever remain a guiding light in the lives he touched.
