Madge Goody

Madge Haylock Goody, 68, of Nederland, Texas passed away January 24, 2010 at Cypress Glenn East in Port Arthur, Texas. She was born April 15, 1941 in Bay Island, Honduras to the late Ruthwind and Vivia Phillips Haylock. She was a registered nurse for 35 years and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was the loving mother of Paula Goody of Nederland cherished grandmother of Shelbey Randall of Nederland devoted sister of Edward Haylock and wife, Aida of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Tracy Haylock of Metairie, Louisiana was blessed by her special pet, Preslee and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents her husband, Johnny Goody and son, John Goody.A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, January 26th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland.Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 27th at 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Pastor Jose Munoz officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
