Lynn Wyble, age 64, of Fannett, Texas, passed away peacefully after a battle with lung cancer on Saturday, August 31, 2024, in Fannett, Texas. Born on February 24, 1960, in Beaumont, she was a beloved family figure.
Lynn dedicated thirty years of her life to a fulfilling career in Retail Management, where she was known not only for her work ethic but also for the genuine connections she fostered with her customers. Her love for her job was evident; she took pride in her work, relishing every interaction and visit with those she served.
To Lynn, family meant everything. As a devoted mother to her children, Joey Wyble and his wife Jessica, and Diana Griffin and her husband James, she exemplified unconditional love and support. Her heart was especially full when she spent time with her grandkids—Kegan Wyble, Kinley Cox, Emily Griffin, Sara Griffin, Shelby Wyble, and Beau Wyble. They were her world, and she lived for their laughter, joy, and the moments spent cheering them on at their extracurricular activities. Lynn's ability to light up a room with her smile became most evident during these cherished gatherings and events.
Lynn’s educational journey began at Hamshire Fannett High School, from which she graduated in 1978. This foundation set her on a path filled with hard work and dedication, traits that she carried throughout her life.
In her spare time, Lynn found joy in cooking, bringing loved ones together around her dining table with delicious meals. She cherished her afternoon coffee visits with her father, Wilbert Pinder, and sister, Vanessa Givens and her husband Linton. These moments allowed her to bond and create lifelong memories with those she adored.
She is also survived by her siblings, Lee Pinder and his wife Donna, and Lisa Talbot and her husband Cary. Lynn’s warmth extended throughout her family, and her love for each of them was profound and unwavering.
Lynn was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie (Schexnider) Pinder, who will forever hold a special place in her heart.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Lynn's Life to begin at 3:00 p.m., at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home in Nederland.
