Keith E. Wolford, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on January 10, 2026, in Port Neches, Texas, at the age of 65. Born on July 28, 1960, in Port Arthur, Texas, Keith dedicated over four decades of his life as a Machinist/ Maintenance Supervisor in the refinery setting, with most of those later years being with Chevron Phillips Chemical, where he was always willing to lend a hand to his coworkers. Keith was a man of many passions. He took great joy in working on cars and welding, hobbies that showcased his meticulous nature and hands-on spirit. He also loved to tend to his garden, nurturing the earth and sharing with anyone who wanted the spoils of his labors.
Keith’s love for his family was profound. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy Wolford, and their two daughters: Lauren Miles and her husband, Andrew, of Lyman, South Carolina, and Karli Nelson and her husband, Kris, of Groves. He was a proud grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren: Harper, Kohen, Kaydence, Kaplan, and Griffin, who brought immense joy and laughter into his life. Additionally, Keith is survived by his sister, Laura Ann Ryan, and his brothers: Michael Wolford and his wife, Linda; Patrick Wolford and his wife, Gina; Carl Wolford and his wife, Stephanie: and Randy Theriot and his wife Brenda, his brother from another mother. He leaves behind a family that holds dear the memories of his love, kindness, generosity, and the values he instilled in them. Those who departed before him include his parents, Laurie Owen and Shirley Wolford, who have surely welcomed him with open arms. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on January 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM, all taking place at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home - Groves, located at 5601 39th St, Groves, Texas, 77619.
Keith E. Wolford will be remembered not only for his contributions to his profession but also for the unwavering love he had for those fortunate enough to know him.
