McDonald, 84, of Port Neches passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010, surrounded by family at Senior Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Arthur, TX.She was born in Shelby County, Texas, September 20, 1925, to the late Johnie Moseley and Lola Taylor. Johnnie was a life member of Port Neches VFW Auxiliary, a member of Port Neches Eastern Star and was employed as a grocery clerk for local grocers.Johnnie is the loving mother of son Johnie and Peggy McDonald and daughter Linda and Curtis Wayne Harrison and devoted grandmother of Rodney Harrison, Peggy Harrison, Rocky McDonald, Shaye Morgan, Erin Hemmings, Jeremy Hemmings, Jake Hemmings and great grandchildrenKori Harrison, Hunter Harrison, Tia Marshall, Taylor McDonald and Kendall McDonald. She is survived by many friends and caregivers at Senior Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Arthur, TX.She is preceded in death by her parents husband Walter L. McDonald sisters, Doris Leewright and Evelyn Robinson and brother Charles Noble.A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, February 14, at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, TX from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.Funeral service will be Monday, February 15, at 10:00 am at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, TX.
