James Randall Willett, Sr.

James Randall Willett, Sr. 72, of Port Arthur, Texas died Friday October 14, 2011 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. James was born in Newton, Texas on April 19, 1939 to Andy Marlin Willett and Ella Keel Willett. He was a resident of Port Arthur for 35 years and owner of the Ace Sign Company, a member of IBEW local #479.James was also a member of the Silsbee Masonic Lodge # 927, a Scottish Rite 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner. James was named the Small Business Man of the Year in 1992 and a Past President of the Nederland Rotary Club. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. James was preceded in death by his daughter Penny Willett and brother Jean Willett. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2011 at 10:00 am at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend T. J. Sasser officiating. Burial will be Tuesday at 2:00 pm at the Newton City Cemetery in Newton, Texas. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. James is survived by his wife Shelia Willett of Port Arthur, son James R. �Jim� Willett, Jr., daughter Klethia Garcia and husband Marcus of Houston, Texas, brother Gary L. Willett and wife Rodna of Port Neches, grandchildren Kaylee and Karley Willett, Elissia Bodin, Christian Garcia and Katelynn Garcia, great granddaughter Ava Ramour, nephews Gary M. and Terry Willett and many other family and friends.
