ibDiana Sue Canizales, 52, of Nederland, Texas, passed away surrounded by family and friends on September 17, 2008 at Odyssey House in San Antonio, TX.Left to cherish her memory are her husband Johnnie Canizales of Nederland son John Canizales of Nederland daughters Nina Parker and husband Jason of Nederland, Andrea Canizales of Nederland brothers Oscar Flores of Nederland, Edward Flores and wife Alice of Houston, Roy Flores and wife Evelyn of Houston and David Flores of Houston sisters Dee Molina and husband Cisco of Nederland, Alice Hernandez of Nederland and Helen Olvera and husband Jesse of Houston and numerous nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her parents, Natividad Flores and Julia Ortiz Flores. Diana was a school teacher at Central Middle School in Nederland for the past thirty years.A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, September 22, at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, from 5 pm to 8 pm. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 23, at 2 pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, with Rev. Adam Pardue officiating. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland.
