Dee Puckett, a beloved homemaker and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, in Port Arthur, Texas. Born on May 6, 1956, in Beaumont, Texas, Dee lived a life filled with love warmth, and service to those she dearly loved.

A 1975 graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School, Dee was known for her generous spirit and her unwavering dedication to her family. Dee's greatest joy came from spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. She often expressed that her proudest accomplishments included nurturing her family and treating everyone as if they were her own.

She was a doting grandmother to Patrick Brown, Nathaniel Willis, William Albrecht, Deanna Albrecht, Maddison Stevens, Dewayne Stevens, Sierra Stevens, and Brooklynn Stevens, as well as many other grandchildren whom she embraced and loved throughout her life. Dee is also survived by her sisters, Rhonda Mathew and her husband Calvin of Port Neches, and Melissa Ray and her husband Walter of Fannett, along with her brother Freddy Condreay and his wife Connie of El Dorado, Kansas, and her sisters Tammy Condreay of Eldorado, Kansas, and Vicki Levesque and her husband Marc of Oakland, North Carolina. Additionally, she is remembered by numerous nieces and nephews whose lives she enriched through her love and guidance.

Dee was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Steve Puckett; her parents, Edwina and Curtis Ayo; her father, Jerry Condreay; and her son, DeWayne Brown. Each of these losses has left a profound impact on her family, yet Dee's legacy of love will forever remain in their hearts.
