Brian Keith Landry, Sr.

Brian Keith Landry, Sr. 64, of Port Neches, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022. Brian was born on October 6, 1958 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late, Darrell Charles Landry and Patsy June Montgomery.

Brian was a man of faith and loved all of his family and friends. He enjoyed being with his grandchildren and loved every part of being “Poppie”. Brian had a passion for education and taught special education at Bridge City Independent School District for 17 years. He loved going to the gym, swimming, driving his corvette and riding his Harley Davidson.

Those left to cherish Brian’s memory include his loving wife of 42 years, Susan Landry of Port Neches; his children, Sarah Landry Butler and her husband, Branden of LaBelle, Allison Landry Gonzales and her husband, Christopher of LaBelle, and Brian Keith Landry, Jr. of Austin; his sister, Darla Landry Nowak and her husband, Raymond of Wildwood; and his grandchildren, Gracie Butler, Grant Butler and his expected grandchild, Greyson Keith Gonzales.

Brian is preceded in death by his parents, Darrell Charles Landry and Patsy June Montgomery.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas on Sunday evening, November 13, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 4:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland on Monday morning, November 14, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with Father John Hughes, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
