She and Billie Ray cultivated their own vegetable garden enjoying and sharing the fruits of their labor. Together, they also enjoyed square dancing and music, especially classic country music by such artists as Hank Williams and Willie Nelson, She also liked to listen to Cajun and Zydeco music.
