Beverly Ann Parker, a beloved member of the Groves community, has passed away at her home in Groves, Texas. She was born on August 7, 1934, in Groves, the place that remained dear to her heart throughout her life. Beverly's journey came to a peaceful end on February 29, 2024.
In reflecting on Beverly's life, it becomes evident that her proudest accomplishment was being a devoted member of Grace Baptist Church, where her faith shone brightly to all who knew her. She found solace and strength in her beliefs, carrying them with grace and humility.
Beverly was preceded in death by her cherished grandparents: R.P. McCoy and Katherine; her loving parents: A.G Levine and Virginia; and her dear sister Joyce Thornton. While she may have left this world, the memories of her warmth and kindness will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Beverly is survived by her devoted husband of sixty-five years, Bobby Parker, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Her legacy lives on through her children: Lisa Morgan and husband Bobby, Christie Schaper and husband David, Joel Parker and wife Tammy. Her grandchildren - Tyler Morgan and wife Jackie; Jenna Morgan; Jace Parker; Lauren Sanders and husband Jason; Alicia Pyne; Adam Schaper and wife Hayley; Austin Schaper - were all deeply loved by their grandmother. Beverly also leaves behind a legacy in the form of great-grandchildren: Hadley, Kyla, Brayden, Kennedy, Callen, Parker, Blair, Raylee, Saylor, Camryn. Additionally, Beverly is survived by her sisters: Brenda Davis of Port Arthur, TX; Lora Simpson and husband Mike of Bridge City, TX. Their bond remains unbreakable even in the face of this profound loss.
The life Beverly Ann Parker lived was one marked by love for family, unwavering faith in God, and a spirit of kindness that touched all those around her.
