ibLt. Col. Adrian Allen Shoefstall, 80, of Nederland, Texas passed away quietly October 22, 2008 at Senior Nursing and Rehab Center in Port Arthur with his wife by his side. He was born February 26, 1928 in Burkburnett, Texas to the late Ed A. and Hattie Downey Shoefstall. He was retired from the U. S. Marines.He was the loving husband of Mavourleen Shoefstall of Nederland cherished father of Ritchard Bean of Village Mills, Stewart Shoefstall of Nederland, Bill Shoefstall of Houston, Connie Brast of Katy, Penny Ross of the Houston Heights, Tammy Klock of Georgia, Patti Shoefstall of Virginia, and Paige Talley of Louisville, Kentucky devoted brother of Bob Shoefstall and wife, JoAnn of Virginia, Peggy Mills and husband, Dan of Burkburnett, Texas, and Rose Swanson and husband, Swan of Fishers, Indiana 23 grandchildren and 24 greatgrandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents son, Robert I. Bean brother, William Edward and sister, Geneva Shoefstall.A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, October 25th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas.Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 26th at 2:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Rev.
